Stop Airborne Dust – At The Point of Generation
Dry Fog systems create micron-sized water droplets that match the size of airborne dust particles. When they collide, they bind together and fall back into the material stream – removing dust from the air before it escapes.
Unlike traditional sprays, Dry Fog:
Doesn’t wet the material (typical transfer point water flow rate 0.25 to 3 litres per minute, depending on the material, conveyor width and speed.
Doesn’t create slurry or buildup.
